Reporting to the VP, Preferred Network Solutions, the Marketing Specialist will lead ClaimSecure marketing initiatives to shape our brand and raise awareness of ClaimSecure’s brand. They will lead the creative process, build and maintain a strong, consistent and impactful brand vision for the ClaimSecure brand and sub-brands. Responsible for the planning and execution of all print, social, digital marketing elements, ensuring that the delivery is timely and compliant with ClaimSecure company standards and supports business strategy.

In addition, the Marketing Specialist will support Business Development activities related to ClaimSecure’s Preferred Network Solutions to initiate, build, develop, and manage key partnerships to support the creation of a compelling and expanded offering. This will also include collaborating and coordinating with partners on marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead & shape ClaimSecure’s Brand Strategy for all external communications.
- Lead development of creative briefs in partnership with business units for planned marketing campaigns.
- Manage the relationship with external agencies. Oversee the creativeprocess and work with external agencies and internal teams to deliver impactful, consistent, and creative marketing campaigns for the ClaimSecure brand as well as ClaimSecure’s sub-brands and programs.
- Follow and adhere to campaign creative timelines.
- Maintain industry and organizational knowledge of relevant practices, principles and technologies and media, including the latest trends in design, advertising, and marketing.
- Continuously review and update all marketing elements, customer insights to ensure relevancy in the market.
- Continually assess campaign spend and effectiveness and redeploy to maximize effectiveness. Provide suggestions for future programs based on analytics.
- Lead, plan and communicate marketing campaign calendar with business units to ensure organizational-wide consistent execution of marketing messaging.
- Own all branding standards for ClaimSecure brand and sub-brands.
- Work with internal teams to provide creative guidance on internal communications.
- Collaborate with VP, Preferred Network Solutions and internal stakeholders to generate ideas for new services and help build a pipeline of potential preferred partnerships that will expand ClaimSecure’s offerings and align with evolving ClaimSecure’s brand.
- Support VP, Preferred Network Solutions to manage preferred partnerships pipeline from initial discovery to launch. This may mean representing Claimsecure in meetings and leading presentations with potential preferred partners.

**Knowledge, skills and experience**:

- University or College degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Creative thinker & strong communicator
- Creative background including building marketing briefs
- Knowledge of website analytics tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Superior organizational skills.
- Proven project management & planning skills.
- Self-motivated and build relationships with internal and external customers
- Demonstrated understanding of and proficiency with social media
- Strong decision-making skills
- Bilingual (English & French) is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
