***Opportunity***:
The** B**usiness Systems Analyst
- Omni Channel **is a creative and results-oriented critical thinker endeavoring to meet complex challenges, as they help define, implement and maintain technical systems to enable business processes. They analyze existing processes, collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, design and configure omni channel systems solutions, and work with development teams to build and deploy these solutions. These systems support retail, e-commerce, supply chain and customer data.

The** Business Systems Analyst
- Omni Channel** is in constant pursuit of identifying opportunities in support of an improved and unified customer experience. Additionally, they will provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and perform system testing to ensure that systems meet business requirements. They will also develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials, to ensure that end-users have the resources they need to use the systems effectively.

Through day-to-day functions, the** Business Systems Analyst
- Omni Channel, **contributes to maintaining and strengthening Saje’s culture; proactively engaging in behaviours that align with Saje’s values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness and Belonging.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal and external team members, including data architects, software developers, database administrators and technical operators to find creative and innovative approaches to enrich business workflow and processes
- Develop and maintain functional specifications and user stories
- Solve business and technology challenges related to improving customer and employee experiences
- Analyze business processes and systems requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements for omni channel solutions
- Design and configure omni channel systems solutions that integrate with existing business systems
- Work with development teams to build, test, and deploy omni channel solutions
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials
- Perform system testing and work with end-users to ensure systems meet business requirements
- Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting to end-users
- Lead and actively participate in meetings
- Contributes to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion

***Applicant Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with experience in project methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with business stakeholders to identify requirements and develop solutions
- Experience with system design, integration, configuration and management using a variety of tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in interpreting and creating key system and workflow diagrams, such as data flow diagrams (DFDs) and entity relationship diagrams (ERDs) to model and document system requirements and designs
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL
- Practical hands on experience with API protocols such as REST and SOAP and the tools and frameworks in support of these protocols
