We are looking for a full-time** Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager**to join our team This role works closely with the Food and Beverage Services Manager to** lead and develop**the Front of House Team while ensuring that our Guests**leave with **experiences worth talking about.**

The Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager is authentic, accountable, resourceful, and is humble in their approach. **Lakeside Grill**offers a **fun and fast-paced**environment, coupled with outstanding support and **opportunities** for **personal and** **professional development**.

**WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT**
- Support the Food & Beverage Services Manager to train, **inspire** and **lead** the Front of House Team Members
- Manage the restaurant floor and event space to ensure **operations run smoothly**:

- Liaise with the Sales & Events team to exceed Guest needs and expectations
- Lead the planning and service delivery for special events
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure the highest level of teamwork and Guest satisfaction
- Assist with budgeting, ordering, and monitoring inventory and deliveries
- Implement policies and procedures for the department
- Plan marketing and promotional campaigns for the Food & Beverage Department

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage; supervisory experience is an asset
- Passion for creating a great Guest experience and helping Team Members achieve their goals
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to think fast and react quickly with a calm mind
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Multi-tasking proficiency and an effortless ability to manage priorities
