SUMMARY:
To assist Pharmacist and Pharmacy staff with technical functions of dispensing medications. As appropriate, assist in the delivery of pharmacy services. Provide pleasant and superior customer service all the time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional customer service/patient care for the pharmacy

Locate and cash out prescriptions and front store items effectively

Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock and ensure expired product is removed from the shelf and returned in accordance with guideline

Receive pharmacy order, ensure all products are received, put away received products in appropriate location and reconcile order

Assist to all marketing program which may include front store merchandising, merchandising technique, planograms

Provide accurate information in response to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone and refer to the pharmacist all the clinical inquiries

Assist in maintaining, releasing and returning Canada post parcel as per policies and procedures

Maintain cleanliness of work space

Other duties as assigned by pharmacist on duty or Manager

Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma in Pharmacy Assistant or Technician

Previous Pharmacy experience

Knowledge of Pharmaclik rx or Nexxsys is a great asset

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Having can do attitude and exceptional multi-tasking skills

MS Office and computer skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
