’associé(e) principal de Robert Half travaille dans un environnement d’équipe et a la responsabilité de vendre, négocier et développer des affaires avec des clients nouveaux et actuels. D’excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation sont nécessaires pour commercialiser nos services par téléphone et en organisant des réunions en personne avec les responsables de l’embauche et les décideurs des départements de comptabilité et de finance. L’Associé(e) principal fournit un service client exceptionnel et participe à des associations professionnelles locales et à des événements de réseautage pour accroître la présence de Robert Half dans la communauté d’affaires locale.

EXIGENCES ET COMPÉTENCES:

- Un diplôme en Comptabilité/Finance/Administration des affaires/Ressources humaines est préférable.
- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience dans la finance, la comptabilité ou le domaine bancaire, de préférence.
- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience dans le développement commercial dans un environnement axé sur les mesures.
- Réussite préalable avec le marketing et la conclusion d’affaire auprès de décideurs de haut niveau dans des petites/moyennes entreprises, et réussite à les convaincre et à cultiver des relations à long terme mutuellement bénéfiques.
- Connaissance pratique d’un grand livre général ou d’un progiciel de comptabilité ERP de préférence.
- Connaissance et familiarité avec les opérations du département de la comptabilité et des finances.
- Attitude positive et approche commerciale engageante.
