Springfield Golf & Country Club is on the south end of Guelph

We are one of Guelph's premier golf courses & banquet facilities. We have a full service Restaurant, Golfer's Lounge & Patio & two banquet rooms where we can host everything from weddings to golf tournaments, business meetings and cocktail receptions and more

FUNCTION: The incumbent is responsible for providing a clean and safe facility for all members, customers and employees.

Specific Responsibilities:
Ensure all assigned areas are clean and organized (example: organizing storage rooms, folding towels in locker rooms, assisting with putting away deliveries, cleaning windows, assisting with tear down after functions)

Assisting with set up various banquets & functions. (example: moving tables & chairs, setting tables (must be able to lift and move heavy tables & stacks of chairs), setting up for wedding ceremonies)

General maintenance outdoors around clubhouse (example: changing light bulbs, sweeping, changing garbage's)

Ability to work a flexible work schedule (schedule may vary from week to week)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Physical requirements include frequent climbing of stairs, and the ability to do some heavy lifting.
- Flexibility regarding assigned work schedule, including days, some evenings and some weekends

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
