Framer/carpenter

Job Title: Framer/Experienced GC

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Build and assemble frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs
- Utilize hand tools to cut and shape materials for construction
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Work with a team to ensure structures are built accurately and efficiently
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and welding as needed
- Operate heavy equipment for construction purposes
- Install siding and other exterior finishes according to project requirements

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Framer or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in heavy lifting and working with various building materials
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and concrete finishing
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Experience in carpentry, welding, and siding installation is a plus

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
