Responsibilities:
- Call potential and loyal clients, primarily employers, to assess and address their specific manpower needs.
- Meticulously perform job matching within the LMIA website to align employer requirements with potential employee skills and experiences.
- Create and draft employment contracts outlining terms and conditions of employment, ensuring legal compliance and clarity.
- Verify employer information with diligence to maintain the integrity of the hiring process.
- Conduct interviews with potential employees based on specific employer requirements to facilitate well-informed hiring decisions.
- Fill out Service Canada and immigration forms accurately and comprehensively to ensure smooth processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Draft submission letters and meticulously proofread all documentation before submission to maintain professionalism and accuracy in written communications.
**Experience**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
