Selkirk GM is located just 20 minutes north of the perimeter and is looking for a positive, energetic, customer service orientated individual to join our team. Our locally owned and family operated dealerships prides itself on exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and department
- Receive cash payments from customers
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate person/department
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Receive, sort, prepare and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, Microsoft office and faxing
- Prepare incoming vehicle files
- Open to working some evenings and Saturday's
- Other administrative duties as required
**Qualifications**
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and provide effective service to all customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license
