THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Develop strategies for the customer relationship management program;
- Develop the La Vie en Rose and Newex newsletter calendar and ensure that their distribution respects the prescribed timelines;
- Ensure the development of newsletter content and design personalized offers and dynamic content to increase channel performance;
- Conduct analysis, improve efficiency and provide information on the performance of the CRM program, while ensuring best practices are adopted;
- Create segmentation lists and build target audiences based on customer analytics and buying behaviors to increase retention and conversion rates;
- Develop and maintain customer journeys tailored to customer segments to increase retention and conversion rates;
- Develop A/B tests to obtain information on customer preferences and behaviors;
- Ensure that all creative content, messages and links meet quality requirements;
- Ensure compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Act regulations and keep abreast of all changes and updates to best practices for protecting personal data;
- Analyze reports (preparation lists, quality control, data manipulation, data updates, etc.);
- Provide information regarding customer retention by monitoring and analyzing database progress;
- If necessary, collaborate with external consultants/partners to establish customer journey objectives;
- Contribute to the improvement of data capture;
- Develop strategies and platforms to increase customer data capture across all channels;
- Assist marketing departments with our customer survey needs when necessary using the appropriate segments;
- Hire, train, coach and motivate your team;
- Conduct annual performance reviews and mid-year follow-ups, as well as regular touch points throughout the year with team members;
- Delegate projects and activities to the team to maximize efficiency;
- Ensure that required administrative tasks are completed such as filing of expenses, expense accounts, approval of hours and vacations, etc.
- Maintain good relationships with internal people and partners.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English;
- Excellent knowledge of the retail industry and creative processes;
- Excellent knowledge of digital media channels;
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Multi-tasking, ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while maintaining good communication with team members and other departments;
- Team player and results driven;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Demonstrate leadership in providing new ideas and solutions to improve processes;
- Problem solving skills and ability to overcome obstacles with agility.
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. vertical search, pivot tables);
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus;
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
