We are currently looking for a **Source Inspector - Contract** to join our team

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Perform source Inspection directly at the supplier facility.
- Prepare inspection reports and associated documentation in accordance to applicable code, standards and specification which include but not limited to CSA N299, CSA N285, customer drawing, customer technical specification, approved inspection and test plan etc.
- Drive supplier corrective action and prepare comprehensive report to provide progress update to customer.
- Implement quality requirements or concerns passed down from customer.
- Supplier monitoring and compliance to specified requirements.
- Support continuous improvement activities and feedback loop correspondences.

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree/certificate in Engineering or Technical field. Other degrees w/ additional relevant experience will be considered.
- 2- 6 years’ relevant experience in Quality / Manufacturing / Industrial / Supply Chain Engineering.
- Experience with part and process evaluation. Measurement and/or Inspection experience.
- Experience with Nuclear Source assurance is preferred but not required
- History of identifying and resolving quality and delivery issues, including part containment, risk assessment, utilization of formal quality tools and processes.
- Ability to read/interpret drawings including understanding of GD&T
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization to drive changes, resolve issues, and understand risk to compliance and the business
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency using MS Office suite
- Like to work in a fast paced, creative environment

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
