We are looking for someone who is able to diagnose, repair and install boiler systems, furnace systems, booster packages, storm pump systems, sanitary pump systems, certified for confined space entry, certified for cross connection testing and installing as well as provide small plumbing repairs. You will also be capable and responsible for gathering information for further repair work or recommendations.

Any experience in the plumbing word, drain cleaning, fixing/ replacing valves would be a great asset.

We are looking for an experienced Journeyman/Journeywoman/Gas fitter to join our Team. We specialize in commercial service work. We offer our commercial, industrial customers 24 hour service as well as excellence in customer service and mechanical system diagnostics.

**Experience**:

- Plumbing: 1 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- drivers license (preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly
- Follow building codes and safety regulations when performing plumbing work
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings
- Test plumbing systems for leaks using pressure gauges
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

**Skills**:

- Strong carpentry skills for building structures to support pipes and fixtures
- Knowledge of HVAC systems to understand how they interact with plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing installations
- Proficiency in heavy lifting to handle pipes, equipment, and materials
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
- Experience using power tools for cutting, drilling, and other tasks
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters, and pipe threaders
- Welding skills for joining pipes or repairing metal fixtures
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance with safety standards

**Salary**: $27.84-$35.56 per hour
