We are looking to add an **Inventory Control Coordinator (Hybrid role) **to our Operations team. The **Inventory Control Coordinator** will be responsible for monitoring the operations of all Warehouses to ensure that qualitative measures are tracked and met, especially in Inventory Control and its related aspects. The **Inventory Control Coordinator** will play an integral role in performing activities to monitor and maintain the inventory control of materials and records. While providing information to management to steer and control the business, the **Inventory Control Coordinator** will be responsible for overseeing all inventory physical counts (annual and cycle counts), solving inventory discrepancies, and analyzing and recommending process adjustments to resolve and improve inventory.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain high personal involvement through effective engagement, accessibility and visibility with operations personnel to effectively manage national inventory across 4 distribution yards
- Maintain the integrity of multiple yard inventories
- Ensure that all inventory activities have processes in place to provide accurate inventory
- Monitor and adjust inventory based on daily movement, consumption and physical modification reports
- Collect, organize and analyze data on functions related to inventory discrepancies
- Determine inventory discrepancy root causes and suggest corrective action to prevent recurrence
- Conduct audits when necessary
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory discrepancies
- Daily communication with key management and sales personnel
- Administer physical counts
- Reconcile discrepancies in cycle counts and physical inventory
- Perform year-end closing activities
- Ensure key performance indicators are tracked, communicated, analyzed and addressed as required
- Backup support for Purchasing Administrator and Inventory Analyst
- Respect working procedure
- Use protective personal equipment when required
- Report hazards and accidents
- Take care of your health and safety and that of the others
- Other related duties as assigned

**Education and Qualifications**
- 3- 5 years’ Inventory experience
- Knowledge of operations’ processes
- Previous experience in a Rental and/or Construction business would be an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- PERI product knowledge

**Working Conditions**
- 8-hour work day
- Working in an office environment
- Operation of desktop computer and peripherals
- Extended periods of sitting
