**Preparation Painter (PPP)**

As a member of the Paint Shop team, this position will be responsible for paint prepping, polishing functions and operating painting tools while adhering to company procedures.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Operate palm sanders and polishers to prepare the bus for painting.
- Responsible for completing tasks to ensure performance targets are met.
- Maintain accurate information flow to support our first-time quality initiatives.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Possess a basic understanding about the paint process, painting, priming, and masking procedures/practices with the ability to read blueprints, and or process sheets.
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to perform required duties with mínimal supervision.
- Operate equipment and power/hand tools that are required in this position.
