Plumber / Gasfitter

Urban Mechanical Ltd., a well-established business with over 10 years of experience, is expanding its team. We specialize in maintaining commercial Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigeration systems. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Interpret blueprints for plumbing layouts
- Collaborate with construction professionals
- Measure, cut, weld, or solder pipes and fittings
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues with mechanical knowledge
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

**Requirements**:

- Plumbing experience; Apprentice license or Journeyperson Certification
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and tools
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and manual labor
- Clean driver’s abstract and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to be on call on a rotational basis
- Controls and boiler experience is an asset
