**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for specific cleaning tasks.
- Conduct commercial cleaning in various settings such as offices, schools, or healthcare facilities.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned duties within designated timeframes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the overall upkeep of the premises.
- Handle heavy lifting when required, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all operations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and tools is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks is essential.

The locations are quite distant, and bus service may not be available, so it's better to have a car. You should be legally entitled to work and have a clear Background Check.
