**Job Description: Superintendent for 6-Storey Woodframe Project in Coquitlam**:
**Position Title**:Superintendent

**Location**:Coquitlam, BC

**Salary Range**:$130,000 - $140,000 per year

**Company Overview**:We are a rapidly growing general contractor based in Vancouver, specializing in multifamily, commercial, and industrial construction sectors. Our commitment to quality and excellence has established us as a leader in the industry, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to join our team for a 6-storey woodframe project in Coquitlam.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site for a 6-storey woodframe building.
- Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Superintendent in woodframe construction, particularly in multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
