Ce que vous ferez...

1. Effectuer le zonage du rayon.
2. Faire la rotation des stocks et vérifier que les produits ne sont pas périmés.
3. Veiller à ce que le prix des marchandises soit correctement indiqué.
4. Respecter les normes et les directives en matière de conformité de la chaîne frigorifique, de calibrage des thermomètres, de consignation des températures, de manutention des aliments, de rotation des produits, de dates limites de vente et de dates de péremption.
5. Prendre les commandes de produits du rayon charcuterie, trancher et préparer les produits tels que la viande, le fromage et le poulet frit, et fournir l’assistance demandée.
6. Fournir de l’aide aux préposés de l’aire de caisses pour la vérification des prix.
7. Préparer les commandes de charcuterie, de viande et de fromage en utilisant des trancheuses et d’autres ustensiles; préparer le poulet en utilisant le four à rôtir et la friteuse; assembler les salades préparées et les plats d’accompagnement pour les placer sur les présentoirs et préparer les commandes spéciales des clients, au besoin.
8. Garder le secteur propre et rangé, sans débris ou présentoirs superflus, ni corps étrangers ou liquides.
