We are a fun team of 10 during the winter, 18 to 25 employees during the summer, including an assistant manager and at least 2 supervisors, all directly under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager.

That position of Manager does include about 50-60% cleaning, the rest of the others are spent on the responsibilities described below

We’re looking to fill in the recently vacant position of assistant manager. Someone with those qualities:
RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, FUN, compassionate, committed, drama-free individual who Loves to clean, have a great eye for detail, like to move around (sitting at a desk makes you go nuts). An individual who takes initiatives and wants to make a difference

With responsibilities including (but not limited to):
Team management, client relations,

recruiting, training,

Payroll, invoicing,

crisis management, sales
- at least 2 years experience in the cleaning industry
- at least 3 years experience in management (in charge of minimum 5 people)
- his/her own vehicle
- impeccable organizational skills, attention to details, ability to handle stress & customer service skills.

You will be interviewed directly by the owner, with whom you’ll have a close working relationship for the first 3 months, and you will be trained for the first 2 weeks by the former branch manager

**Salary**: $647.00-$800.00 per week
