**Sr Business Analyst**

Adisoft Inc is a fast-growing company in Toronto, ON. We are a leading provider of cloud-based software and hardware solutions for businesses and professionals. We provide technology solutions that help us meet our customers’ business needs, and we are looking for talented individuals to help us continue to grow.

Adisoft Inc is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Financial, Government, Healthcare sector to join our team. This position is based in Toronto, ON.

**Responsibilities**

Applicants must have 10+ years of experience to deliver the following

**Skills**:

- Experience developing business models; use case models; conceptual and logical data models; process and data flow models; use case surveys; test cases; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects
- Agile development methodology
- Demonstrated experience leading and conducting business analysis to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and documenting business requirements
- Experience using Zachman framework

**Applicants must have 10+ years of experience to deliver the following**
- Participate in an agile-based project developing user stories and use cases, collaborating design and user feedback sessions
- Business requirements
- Stakeholder requirements (defining how stakeholders will interact and use the business solutions) and I&IT solution requirements (functional, non-functional and implementation)
- Analyze and document the as-is and to-be business processes/workflows
- Provide business and policy analysis for business requirement development
- Analyze business needs and make recommendations for solution requirements and/or process improvements
- Document detailed business and/or system requirements, create use case model and use case specifications and associated UML diagrams, UI storyboard and specifications, and non-functional specifications
- Update business models including activity diagrams, conceptual and logical data models, process models, sequence diagrams, state charts, etc.
- Conduct form design, data analysis, workflow analysis and process design for automated and non-automated interfaces
- Support the development of I&IT business solutions by validating system design to ensure business requirements are met
- Develop and document test suites and test cases to support user acceptance testing
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide guidance and direction for the overall system implementation and rollout
- Coordinate production releases
- Develop supporting documentation required for the project
- Participate in the development and testing of system forms
- Work closely with client groups to assess current data and reporting capabilities, gather future-state requirements and identify further opportunities for improvement

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: $80.00-$90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M8V 3E7
