Supply Chain Coordinator

Pentagon Manufacturing Corp is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee purchasing and inventory processes to ensure the manufacturing team has the materials required to be successful.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensures protocols, processes, and guidelines are being followed and updated.
- Manage a small team (1 warehouse lead, 3-4 inventory assistants)
- Develop the company’s supply chain strategy taking into account the complex supply of products from offshore vendors
- Develop and own the SOP processes
- Maintain inventory levels while maintaining a high service level to our customers
- Monitor KPIs to track, verify purchase orders and identify expedite orders requirements
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records through cycle counts and transfers
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to lower the cost of raw materials through continuous sourcing and other cost saving initiatives
- Plan raw materials based on MRP recommendations to support the supply to internal and external production requirements
- Manage raw material suppliers both within North America and offshore
- Support our QC department for material returns
- Promotes a safe, accountable, and innovative department.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proven problem solving resolution and analytical skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, ERP and computer skills.

- Full time in-office, in Stonewall, MB (no remote or hybrid)

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
