We are seeking a Start Up Visa Coordinator to provide support during the processing of Start Up Visas as part of the Investor team to align with business strategy. This individual will assist in ensuring all timelines are met and the document and workflow are on track and within the required parameters. This individual must be dynamic, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills in order to be successful in this role. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Business Immigration and Development.

***Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate workflow with stakeholders
- Track progress to ensure timelines are met
- Liaise with Finance to ensure payments are made on a timely basis
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform various administrative duties including, organizing and managing inputs from every stakeholder
- Manage and diarize the team schedule including deadlines, expiry dates and ensure final legal documents are in place upon finalization of the visa.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate is required
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Must be proficient in English. Proficiency in other languages an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Solution oriented and proactive
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
