On-site Condominium Property Administrator/manager

- Proficient in Excel with working knowledge of Outlook and Yardi;

- Ability to focus on key priorities and manage multiple projects;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; and
- Five (5) years condominium administration experience (required).

- ability to co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation;

- ability compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income;
- ensure response to trouble calls from clients and tenants;
- possess a high school diploma;
- possess a college/university degree, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years; and
- English speaking.
- Administrative Duties_
- Experience preparing for and facilitating Annual General Meetings (AGMs) (required);
- Experience using Yardi Software (required);
- Prepare status certificates on rotational basis;
- Prepare Periodic Information Certificates (PIC);
- Plan and coordinate Annual General Meetings;
- Draft special meeting notices;
- Maintain Files of current Declarations, By-Laws, Rules and other required attachments to status certificates;
- Proofread condominium administrative correspondence/drafts;
- Train condominium administrative staff; and
- Process pre-authorized payments (PAP) for monthly CEF.
