Servco Industrial Contracting is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Site Wide Services team at LNGC.

This position is on a 14 on and 7 off rotation with 10 hour shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Get quotes from local vendors and prepare requisition/purchase orders needed under the contract CTA
- Manage orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
- Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
- Populate Contractor Daily Reports while working with Project Admin
- Review daily LEMs with Project Admins for accuracy and correct cost items
- Work closely with tool crib personnel to manage inventory for the company and client needs
- Attend daily toolbox meetings and weekly safety meetings
- Delegate work requests issued by the client between the O&M and Roads & Grounds crew all while balancing workload
- Assists in the scoping, planning, and development of Field Installation Work Packages (FIWP), and ensures the timely removal of constraints and issuing to crews
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure that they are efficiently and effectively providing the needed services and supplies while staying within budgetary limits
- Progressively update and manage the Fiix program for the Operations and Maintenance of site facilities
- Attend daily planning meetings with client and O&M foreman
- Support Project Manager with weekly reporting to the client
- Weekly quality control walkdowns of all O&M activities and as required
- Work closely with superintendents and O&M foreman to meet the clients’ requests
- Evaluate condition of company assets and prepare valuation for disposal

**Experience**:

- Professional Engineering, Technology designation or Journeyperson certification is an asset.
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in any discipline related to Construction/industrial area.
- Maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
- Warehouse/Inventory management
- Materials logistics management
- Operating system using warehouse management software.
- Yard / Laydown management
- Able to read and understand construction documents.
- Strong computer background including experience with Microsoft Office and ability to use other software.
- Strong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal and written form.
- Capable of probing and listening carefully, presents information clearly in an appropriate style and persuades others in straightforward situations.
- Willingness to contribute actively in-team activities, sharing experiences and ideas.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal managerial supervision
