Tour Guide

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Tour Guide to join our team. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing informative and engaging tours to visitors, showcasing the unique features and history of our location. If you have a passion for storytelling, enjoy working with people, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead guided tours of our location, providing historical and cultural information
- Engage with visitors, answering questions and providing additional information as needed
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the tour
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Educate visitors on the significance of various landmarks and points of interest
- Adapt tour content and delivery based on the needs and interests of the group
- Utilize time management skills to keep tours on schedule
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance visitor experience

- Strong leadership abilities to confidently guide groups of varying sizes
- Excellent time management skills to keep tours running smoothly
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse groups of visitors
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for all participants
- Ability to educate and inform visitors about historical and cultural aspects of the location
- Proficient in public speaking to engage and captivate tour participants
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset, as it allows for seamless communication with international visitors

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 48 per week
