Northern College is seeking a Manager, Information Technology (IT) Customer Experience and Operations in our Information Technology department.

What you will be doing:

- Infrastructure Planning (Strategic and Operational)
- IT Infrastructure Management
- Staff/Project Management
- Relations/Contract Management
- IT Marketing, Education and Communication

What you will need to be considered:

- Three (3) year diploma/degree in a computer-related field of study or another related field;
- Continued education in current information technology and information management science;
- Formal training or experience in Advanced Networking, Project Management, System Testing Planning and Strategy, Telecommunication Technology, IT Strategic Planning, Enterprise Information Architecture Planning and Integrated Cross Platform Maintenance/Troubleshoot; and
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
