**Job Summary**

We are looking for an outgoing "people-person" who enjoys interacting with people over the phone and has a genuine desire to help others to be our Service Dispatcher.
- The Dispatcher will capture (using FIELDedge, our field management software) all necessary service contact information, a brief description of the problem, create a service ticket, and then schedule a time for one of our team members to come out.
- This position also manages a team of service technicians. This is a dynamic, high call volume environment working with a multi-line phone system.
- Monitor company social media sites and marketing.

**Salary**: $565.00-$599.00 per week
