**COMMERCIAL LEAD GLAZIER**

**About us**

Baywest is an innovative, growing, well equipped commercial glazing company that fabricates and installs curtain wall, storefront, entranceways, interior glass and large windows in the Fraser Valley and greater Vancouver. We are currently seeking a Lead Glazier to oversee & work with a small crew of 2 - 4 installers to serve our growing cliental.

**Competencies**:

- Has 5 - 10 years experience as a glazer and is currently leading crews
- Takes ownership for results
- Is a constant learner who is developing professionally
- Is a team player who communicates effectively
- Is skilled and knowledgeable with a passion for doing beautiful glazing work
- Can solve problems and come up with solutions
- Comprehends construction drawings

**Responsibilities**:

- Plans for the efficient installation of commercial projects
- Monitors supply chain of frames and supplies from shop to site

Communicates with Project Managers
- Sets up jobs
- Installs glazing systems to high standards
- Provides ongoing feedback on job status via a daily report
- Ensures safety on the site for your crew
- Is a friendly, professional representative of the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36.00-$42.00 per hour
