**Title - Night Auditor**

**Reports to: Front Office Manager/General Manager**

**Night Auditor Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and welcome guests and visitors**:

- **Make reservation on the phone or/and assist walk-in guests**:

- **Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials**:

- **Answer questions and address complaints**:

- **Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages for appropriate party**:

- **Being responsible with incoming and outgoing mails (Receive letter or deliveries)**:

- **Keep guest information updated**:

- **Take up other duties as assigned by FOM**:

- **Must have reliabe transporation-bus is limited**:

- **Night Audit Shifts are from 11pm-7am**

**Salary**: $17.50/hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
