We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mobile Hearing Outreach Worker to join our team and play a crucial role in providing hearing-related services to individuals who may face barriers to accessing traditional healthcare settings.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct regular visits to various communities, homeless shelters, food banks, and other locations to identify individuals with hearing impairments and offer support.
2. Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and other community organizations to book visits and ensure clients receive comprehensive care and support services.
3. Provide information and guidance on the usage and benefits of hearing aids, Assist clients in acquiring and adjusting to these devices.
4. Maintain accurate records, inventory, tracking, and general office tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working with individuals in community outreach programs is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to approach clients with compassion, sensitivity, and respect.
- Strong organizational skills to manage outreach schedules.
- **Valid Driver's License and vehicle is required** as this position involves travel to various locations throughout Vancouver and the Fraser Valley each week. Vehicle use compensation is provided.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
