**Global Pet Foods is currently seeking a Full-Time Store Manager**

**Pay is negotiable based on experience.**

As a **Store Manager**, you will be responsible for ensuring our Best-in-Class Customer Service is followed at all times. You will also be responsible for ensuring positive team spirit, culture, and be positive representatives of the Global Pet Foods brand.

The Store Manager will be responsible for team training and daily operations of the store. You will also be responsible for communicating to the Corporate office.

This role will be provided with a full training program and consistent support from Training Managers.

General responsibilities for this Store Manager position will include, but are not be limited to:

- Providing excellent customer service & in-store experience
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Focus on improving store profitability.
- Effective team building
- Store cleanliness
- Undergoing frequent product training
- Contribute to the daily operations of the store
- Complete and submit required paperwork to head office

**Job requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work days, evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.
- Read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation
- Team leadership experience, preferably in a retail setting
- Sales, retail or customer service experience
- Cash management experience
- Passion for animals
- Strong communication, problem solving & numeracy skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Secondary School (preferred)
