**Rotation/Shifts**:

- Days, 8 hours shifts.- For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12) with Medical secretarial courses;
- Intermediate level of Word ;
- Intermediate level of Excel;
- Keyboarding 55 wpm;
- Data Entry (4000 keystrokes/hour);
- Successful completion of TOH medical terminology self-directed learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
- Ability to effectively use telephone, computer, photocopier, fax, tube system and pagers;
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint;
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills;
- Excellend decision making skills to prioritze work;
- Excellent interpersonal, professionnal and customer relations skills;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of SWAY;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
