**Here is what you will be doing each day**:
As Night Agent, you will:

- Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data.
- Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service and the computer. Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
- Input into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate daily reports. Balance all revenue and settlement accounts, maintain files and reset the system for the next day’s operations.
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay. Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
- Provide concierge services for guests.
- Other duties as assigned

- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Must have excellent communication and guest service skills
- Team player and a self-starter, able to work independently
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

**Salary**: $17.93-$23.90 per hour
