As we continue to expand our presence and offerings, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist Intern to drive our online presence and engage with our audience in innovative ways.

**Position Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at our VR Arcade, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive traffic to our arcade, and increase customer engagement.

You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing channels to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive measurable results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of marketing innovation in the immersive entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to attract and retain customers and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and VR entertainment to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with customers including operations and sales, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Other duties as assigned. Skills/Qualifications Required:

- Completion of post-secondary studies at the certificate, diploma or degree level
- Previous experience in digital marketing
- Knowledge in use of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Strong creative skills with the ability to generate compelling content and graphics
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Knowledge of the entertainment or gaming industry an asset
- Interest in virtual reality and immersive entertainment an asset
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
