We are a leading education provider in the Education industry and are seeking experienced and passionate instructors to teach short-term/on-call courses in Hospitality management. Our courses provide a comprehensive study of major aspects of running a hospitality operation. Topics covered include an introduction to the hospitality industry, room division operations, food and beverage operations, marketing, accounting, and supervision.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of industry experience in Hospitality Management
- Teaching experience in higher education level of 6+ months or longer
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Availability to teach on-call with 48 hours’ notice. (Classes are 4 hours and we are open Monday to Friday).
- Ability to work independently and manage a classroom

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide coverage for teachers that are ill or away from school;
- Create a professional, safe and caring classroom environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to adult learners
- Prepare teaching materials such as lesson plans, handouts, and presentations
- Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to improve course materials and teaching methods
