**Services offered**

We offer both medical and aesthetic (corrective and preventative) treatments. We are dedicated to offering individualized care focused on safety and results. Services offered include but not limited to:
- Skin analysis and consultations
- Laser Skin Treatments for resistant acne with scaring, rosacea, spider veins, scar revision etc.
- Laser Hair Removal, Skin Tightening
- Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Facials, Exfoliation treatments
- Eyebrow threading,
- Waxing - eyebrows, other parts of the body
- Referral of clients to dermatologist when required

**Responsibilities/Expectations**
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Provide product demonstrations.
- Proactive and exhibit Initiative and drive for success
- Work with a variety of laser and other modality device platforms and have the ability to follow proven protocols to ensure the desired outcome in a safe manner.
- Experience with Xeo by Cutera
- Superior knowledge of skin care product lines, their ingredients, and their effects on the skin e.g., AlumierMD
- Maintain product inventory and orders.
- Ability to work confidently in both an independent and in a team environment and multi-task.
- Recommend individualized and customized laser and skin care treatment plans (i.e., appropriate skin care regimen, products, and services)
- Maintain complete and up-to-date electronic client records.
- Be active and contribute to Social Media presence and willing to post consistently.
- Resourceful and innovative in aligning to social media and digital content marketing trends
- Following up with all patients and maintaining a great client-provider relationship and be comfortable with client education
- Maintain level of training by pursuing continuing professional development training in aesthetics including upgrading skills
- Must be willing to cover role of team members at short notice.

- Have passion and drive to build and maintain a busy practice that is client-focused and centered around all aspects of exceptional client care.
- The ability to determine client treatment plans by assessing skin concerns, skin type and client goals and have a comprehensive understanding of treatment options available.
- Vast experience in medical aesthetics - (ideally 2 to 3 years) - in Laser Hair Removal, IPL, skin tightening, microdermabrasion, and other modalities (preferred).
- Trained by a qualified Aesthetics school in Microneedling, Facials, Dermaplaning, Chemical peels.
- Expertise in developing client treatment plans by assessing skin concerns, skin type and client goals to fit client budget.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Consistent elevated level of work ethic and standards of practice.
- Confidence and ability to market/promote our services to clients.
- Market proprietary skin care products and treatments.
- Willing to help organize events to promote services and products periodically.
- Active and consistent contribution to CMWC Social Media presence
- Support the team in achieving overall monthly performance targets.
- Keeping the treatment rooms clean and aesthetically appealing daily.
- Expertise in working with Jane app for scheduling, invoicing and client database management.
- Work collaboratively with other staff and management to improve efficiencies, processes, and procedures in the clinic.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Consistent elevated level of work ethic and standards of practice.
- Flexibility, Accuracy, Client-focused, Team-player, Interpersonal awareness, Dependability, Reliability and Good Judgement.

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday with some evening and weekends as required

**Compensation**:

- Employee based structure (option of contract) - negotiable

**License/Certification**:

- Laser technician Certificate mandatory
- Medical Aesthetician Certification (preferred)
- CIDESCO certification considered to be an asset.
- Experience with XEO by Cutera is an asset.
