Leantek Builder

We are currently seeking a **Lean Tek Builder** to join our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant. This position will support the production of the plant by designing, building, and maintaining flexible and modular systems for material handling.

**In your roll you will**:

- Follow prescribed safety standards including those regarding the usage of PPE.
- Design and build numerous forms of material handling equipment and tool carts.
- Design, build and maintain carts (i.e., kit carts) to support production.
- Plan methods, procedures, and process equipment to construct, alter and repair a wide variety of carts.
- Completed Grade 12 or have a GED Equivalency.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Aptitude in using various hand tools and precision measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Strong active listening skills in order to clearly communicate with their customer to ensure they are meeting the customer’s needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills so that they are able to find a Lean Tek solution to the internal customers needs.

**Salary**: $51,300.00-$70,800.00 per year
