**Title**:Pharma Quality Assurance Manager / Health & Safety

**Reports to**:Director of Supply Chain

**Job Summary**:The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s facilities, operations and processes.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Develops, implements, and manages processes/procedures to ensure that the operation meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability.
- Internal Auditing of BPL facilities.
- Hosting our customers for QA audits/visits and 3rdparty audits.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to the team, and appropriate staff.
- Coordinates testing processes.
- Participates in testing.
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple operations; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
- Maintains compliance with federal, provincial, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Managing the Health, Safety & maintenance Programs of the warehousing and transportation departments, with the assistance of the procurement and facilities manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role in the pharmaceutical industry with minimum 5 years experience.
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Résume du poste**:Le gérant de l'assurance qualité (QA) supervisera l'activité du service d'assurance qualité, en développant, en mettant en place et en maintenant un système de tests de qualité et de fiabilité pour les installations, les opérations et les processus de l'organisation.

**Responsabilités**:

- Développe, met en place et gère-les processus/procédures pour s'assurer que l'opération répond aux spécifications requises en matière de qualité, de fonctionnement et de fiabilité.
- Audit interne des installations BPL.
- Accueil de nos clients pour les audits/visites QA et les audits tiers.
- Identifie et établit les normes et paramètres de qualité appropriés.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to the team, and appropriate staff.
- Coordonne les processus de test et participe aux tests.
- Identifie et analyse les problèmes, opportunités, défauts et autres, en particulier lorsque les problèmes se reproduisent dans plusieurs opérations ; recommande et facilite des solutions à ces problèmes.
- Examiner les commentaires des clients, des clients et des utilisateurs.
- Maintient la conformité aux lois, règlements, directives et politiques fédérales, provinciales, locales et organisationnelles.
- Gérer les programmes de santé, de sécurité et de maintenance des départements d'entreposage et de transport, avec l'aide du responsable des achats et des installations.
- Effectue d'autres tâches assignées.

**Compétences/Capacités requises**:

- Expérience en tant que gérant de l'assurance qualité ou rôle pertinent dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
- Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies d'assurance qualité et des normes.
- Excellentes compétences numériques et compréhension de l'analyse de données/méthodes statistiques.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps avec une capacité éprouvée à respecter les délais.
- Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
- Solides compétences en supervision et en leadership.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office ou des logiciels connexes.
