We are looking for security guards - Condominium **Concierge** in downtown Toronto, Ontario, for residential sites.

**What you will do**
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, clients and patrons at the site.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
- Ensure duties such as access control, parcel sorting, and amenities booking are completed accurately.
- Escort trespassers away from client premises
- Patrol designed areas and respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, etc. by adhering to company or client policies.
- Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
- Document Complete incident reports for security purposes
- Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required
- A Valid Security License
- 2 years of condominium or residential security experience
- 2 years of Customer service experience
- Superior communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Must be willing and comfortable to stand and patrol for the duration of the shift
- Valid Ontario driver's licence (Class G or higher).
- Use of Force certification is an asset

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Pay**: $17.20-$18.25 per hour

**Expected hours**: 40 per week

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift
- Morning, Afternoon, and night shifts
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends

**Experience**:

- 2 years of condominium or residential security experience
- 2 years of Customer service experience

**Work Location**: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Concierge: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)
- Ontario driver's license (Class G or higher). (required)
