**The individual in this position will be supporting the Renfrew County ATV Club (RCATV) with implementing its trail management plan, risk management and trail development strategy. As a growing and progressive club with over 1000km of trails, the volunteer Board of Directors need consistent support to help RCATV manage its trail inventory, support with trail risk management and safety. This individual will receive job-specific safety training, including a rider-safety certification for off-road vehicles. This position will engage with riders and the Board of Directors and report to the Trail Manager and Business Operations Coordinator.**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **trail signage review and addressing signage concerns**
- **trail stewardship: marking and reporting hazards**
- **identify report and remove invasive species**
- **safely operating trail equipment to maintain trail systems & signage for our members**
- **ambassadorship on trails when encountering riders**
- **trail equipment inventory management and maintenance**
- **participating in safety video series and safety training**
- **attend trail meetings, complete daily logs and action plans
