Description de l'emploi
DIESEL est actuellement à la recherche d'associés aux ventes pour se joindre à notre équipe. Vos principales responsabilités sont de stimuler les ventes en établissant et en entretenant des relations avec nos clients, ainsi qu'en présentant de nouveaux clients à la planète DIESEL. En tant qu'ambassadeur de la marque, vous offrirez une excellente expérience en magasin et des services à la clientèle exceptionnels. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique qui s'efforce de représenté et de développer la marque avec enthousiasme, dévouement, créativité et style.
Vos responsabilités incluront mais ne sont pas limitées à:
VENTES
- Accueillir et assister tous les clients tout en démontrant un service client exceptionnel
- Générer des ventes en donnant des conseils de vente personnalisés et appropriés
- Communiquer efficacement les caractéristiques et les avantages du produit pendant le processus de vente, en soulignant l'innovation, l'art et l'expertise technique de la marque DIESEL
- Travailler en équipe pour rencontrer les objectifs de la marque et du magasin
RELATIONS CLIENTS
- Établir et maintenir une clientèle fidèle et fidéliser les clients en leur offrant un service personnalisé
- Saisie et enregistrements efficaces des informations de contact client dans le livre et la marque du client personnel base de données
- Communiquer personnellement avec les clients pour les activités spéciales en magasin : arrivée de nouveaux produits, événements en magasin et promotions saisonnières
MERCHANDISING
- Aider au merchandising visuel pour le magasin en organisant et en organisant des produits basés sur la direction visuelle globale
- Mettre en œuvre les directives de merchandising visuel données par le siège social, assurer l'aspect visuel est d'une importance capitale
- Gérer l'inventaire et le réapprovisionnement des stocks (tenir des registres organisés de tous les réceptionnaires et stockeurs)
PROFIL
- Un joueur d'équipe qui possède la capacité de travailler dans un environnement d'apprentissage
- Un individu qui possède de la motivation, est axé sur les objectifs et a une vision entrepreneuriale
- Quelqu'un qui aime rencontrer et interagir avec les clients ;démontre une attitude énergique et positive
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, en gérant plusieurs priorités à la fois
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients, lespairs et la direction
- Enthousiaste de la mode et bonne connaissance du marché et des tendances
- Expérience endenim premium ou en prêt-à-porter contemporain suggéré mais non obligatoire
- Flexibilité et fiabilité avec les horaires, y compris les nuits et les week-ends
- L'expérience des grands magasins est un atout

Job description
DIESEL is currently looking for sales associates to join our team. Your primary responsibilities are to drive sales through building and maintaining relationships with our clients, as well as introducing new customers to the DIESEL Planet. As an ambassador of the brand, you will provide an excellent in store experience and outstanding client services. You will become a part of a dynamic team that strives to grow and develop the brand with enthusiasm, dedication, creativity, and style.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
SALES
- Welcome and assist all clients while demonstrating exceptional customer service
- Generate sales by giving personalized and appropriate sales advice
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits during the selling process, highlighting the innovation, artistry, and technical expertise of the DIESEL brand
- Work as part of a team to meet brand and store objectives
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
- Build and maintain a loyal client base, and retain customer loyalty by providing clients with personalized servi
