As an Interpreter-guide, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational productivity. This may include working in one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing and verification of database data integrity.

You perform administrative, office and other tasks to help your unit achieve operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed guidelines in place. The ability to drive results in therefore essential.

You help process and analyze information, solve problems and prepare recommendations, tailoring your approach as needed. You also help users operate tools and systems effectively.

General Information on the Position

Other working conditions- Schedule: Job with a variable number of hours depending on the needs and the season (25 hours, 4 days a week). During the summer, the number of hours could increase to 30 hours depending on your availability- The work arrangement for the position is full-time on-site work #LI-Onsite- Number of jobs available: 1

**Qualifications**:
- Trade school diploma in a related field- A minimum of three years of relevant experience- Hold or be in the process of obtaining a college diploma in the humanities (history, language, tourism) (an asset)

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge- Knowledge of the Office 365 suite, particularly Microsoft Team (an asset)- Advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
