**Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostic, service, and electrical installation work in residential customers' homes.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures within relevant codes.
- Effectively communicate and consult with residential customers by sharing your knowledge of electrical projects and or safety issues in their homes.
- Answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Represent our brand with integrity while keeping safety and the client's best interest in mind.
- Offer impartial quotes for upgrades and repairs to enhance the safety of the client's existing electrical systems.

Qualifications:

- Must have completed Basic, Intermediate and Advanced courses in an Ontario College as part of your apprenticeship.
- A can-do attitude and an ability to offer a positive customer service experience
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Four years of residential electrical service experience, working in existing homes with closed walls - able to fish wires.
- Ability to assist in rewiring existing homes as a knowledgeable apprentice.
- Clean drivers record.
