Sales Rep

Rubacrete is seeking a highly motivated and experienced salesperson to join our growing team Leads and sales vehicle will be provided.

Rubacrete offers high quality, durable hand troweled rubber coatings.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for attending on-site sales to accurately measure the square footage of the area getting resurfaced. Delivering a clear explanation of the square footage, pricing, and process of installation to the customer.

We will work with you closely until you fully understand the benefits of our product and services, and can effectively communicate them to potential customers. Developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet sales targets and goals
- Accurately measure the surface area of various surfaces
- Effectively communicate Rubacrete's products and services to potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Attend trade shows and events to promote our brand
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with our team to continuously improve our sales strategies and techniques

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nepean, ON K2H 9C1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
