**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Oversee and manage the organization's presence on various social media platforms.
- Create and curate content that aligns with the brand's messaging and goals.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video assets.
- Ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- **Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Foster meaningful interactions with the audience through comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and feedback, maintaining a positive brand image.
- **Social Media Advertising**:

- Implement and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize reach and return on investment.
- **Stay Updated on Trends**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Integrate new trends and features into the marketing strategy to stay relevant.
- **Collaboration with Influencers**:

- Identify and engage with influencers or brand advocates who align with the organization's values.
- Coordinate partnerships and collaborations to expand the brand's reach.
- **Community Building**:

- Cultivate and nurture online communities around the brand.
- Facilitate discussions, user-generated content, and other activities to strengthen community ties.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of TMS business.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to optimize sales channels and enhance the customer experience.
- Expand TMS reach in both B2B and B2C markets through targeted business development efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field**:

- A formal education background in marketing or a related discipline
- **Social Media Expertise**:

- Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- **Content Creation Skills**:

- Proficiency in creating engaging content, including writing compelling copy and creating visually appealing multimedia content.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and data to derive actionable insights and optimize future strategies.
- **Digital Marketing Knowledge**:

- **Creativity**:

- Innovative thinking and the ability to generate creative ideas for social media campaigns and content that align with brand objectives.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with the audience and internal stakeholders.
