**As our Conceptual Drafter, you will be responsible for developing conceptual facility layouts and proposal drawings in accordance with the clients’ requirements.**

**Position Overview**:

- Work with Engineers, the design team, Project Planners and Business Development on proposal phase of drawings in accordance with the layout.
- Participate in project meetings with other designers and engineers to ensure overall layout and fit up of designed components.
- **Interact directly with design team to develop high quality drawings and plans in accordance with client specifications.**:

- Provide design suggestions to the proposal team based on optimal facility design and layouts.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- **Diploma in a technical field such as Architectural Technology or Engineering Technology or a combination of technical education and experience.**:

- 5+ years’ experience in the construction or design-build industry.
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360 or other Autodesk products.
- High degree of accuracy and able to manage multiple details under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Ability to travel with some extended stays.
