Vinyl Deck and Railing Installer

SODRG is looking for a motivated and business orientated installer/manager, with an extreme attention to detail, to become part of a team that looks to grow a 15 year business exponentially in the next 2-3 years. With a new injection of ownership we look to build on and provide a place of employment where each team member is valued, rewarded and pivotal in the success of the business.

The hourly wage/salary is negotiable based on experience and the position requires, at a minimum, a solid 5 years of exterior renovations, specifically vinyl decks and railings and a valid drivers license. Benefits and company vehicle while at work and compensation for relocating negotiable.

SODRG custom installs decking, railing, in house designed Sunrooms, soffits, eves trough, custom in house aluminum flashing, residential and commercial windows, custom glass shower enclosures. SODRG prides itself on quality installations and lasting customer relationships and is now looking to take the company to the next level.
