**Position: QA Lead**

Intrahealth is seeking a talented individual to provide quality assurance leadership in our product team.

You will partner with product management, solution architecture, software development and service delivery teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, extensible, secure solutions that meet the needs of our growing business as we look to accelerate the adoption of our products. You should be conversant in quality assurance best practices and standard methodologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage and develop a team of Quality Assurance Analysts.
- Lead and execute quality assurance strategy efforts, working closely with our VP of Solution Architecture, Director of Product Management and Director of Software Engineering.
- Champion an insights-to-action approach focused on understanding what our customers value most and building solutions that achieve our business goals.
- Lead the development of test cases and test scripts from project requirements, business requirements, technical and user experience design documentation and workflow processes.
- Lead the execution of functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in support of test plans.
- Lead the logging and tracking of defects and participate in bug review processes to identify priorities and remediation strategies.
- Lead the preparation of reports on defects and problems that arise during test cycles.
- Lead the maintenance of the regression test suite by revising test cases and test scripts in accordance with changing business requirements and revised test plans.
- Work with software engineering to determine, provide, and track key metrics for the product.
- Manage and grow your team

**Requirements**:

- BSc/BA or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of industry experience.
- Excellent understanding of software architecture styles and patterns.
- Demonstrated experience using industry-standard tools to develop and maintain automated tests.
- Demonstrated experience executing manual tests.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex technical documentation.
- Ability to solve complex and ambiguous technical problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, customer-oriented attitude, and good strategic and conceptual thinking skills.
- Nice to haves:

- Demonstrated experience in CI / CD process improvement and deployment.
- Demonstrated understanding of agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record software
