**Position Overview**:
As a Media Buyer at Blazesoft, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our media buying strategies across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and advertising teams to ensure that our gaming titles reach the right audience, driving player engagement and revenue growth. Your data-driven approach and creative thinking will be crucial in achieving our marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Planning and Strategy**: Develop comprehensive media plans that align with marketing objectives and target audience demographics. Stay updated with industry trends and media platforms to identify new opportunities for campaign optimization.
- **Campaign Execution**: Implement and manage media campaigns across various platforms such as social media, online advertising, and gaming networks. Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure advantageous terms for media placements.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and multimedia content that resonate with the target audience. Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all media channels.
- **Budget Management**: Manage media budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve the best possible results within budget constraints.
- **Reporting**: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing regular updates to the marketing team and stakeholders. Highlight successes, challenges, and recommendations for future campaigns.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in media buying, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with media buying tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- A passion for gaming and an understanding of the gaming community is a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
