Lorik Tool and Automation Inc. is a custom automation builder and integrator located in Brantford, Ontario. We have been working with our customers for over 33 years to design, build, and install various innovative pieces of equipment for the Automotive, Pharmaceutical & Consumer industries.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two (3) years experience Lathe or Milling machine operator
- Certificate/License in a related trade is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret documents and correspondence.
- Experience working in a fast-paced shop
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player
- Good Communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills, reliable, works within tight timelines
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Punctual

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build and assemble tools, fixtures, and machinery
- Produce machined parts and verify dimensions on various pieces of equipment
- Read, update and accurately modify mechanical drawings
- Preventative maintenance on equipment
- Some travel & Weekend work may be required
- Attention to detail
- Hand-eye co-ordination
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching and kneeling
